Bluff Haven is situated in the Heart of Bluff,
close to all shops and amen ities. We have
fac ilities for up to 15 permanent residents
and our services include:
Falls Haven is situated in the midst of
Waterfal l, directly off of lnanda Road , within Those treatments may include medications
two minutes of the new Watercrest Mall and
other amenities. We have facilities for up to
12 permanent residents and our services
inc lude :
• Assisted Living - this benefits those
residents who are sti ll self-sufficient and
capable but require assistance with day
to day tasks i.e. dressing, personal care,
etc. Our team of 24-hour staff are readily
available and helpful in this regard .
• Frail Care - Our purpose in providing
frai l care is to ensure that not on ly our
residents but their fam ilies receive the best
and most professional care possible. We
allow visitation both day and night and a
few of our residents even have their pets
with them. We like to ensure our residents
are kept comfortable and happy in their
environment as we ll as kept busy with the
use of television, reading , beautiful gardens
and companionship.
• Step Down - We offer Step Down care
to those who have spent some time in the
hospital and require the right med ical and
personal observation unti l they are ready to
return home.
• Holiday Care - Shou ld you have a loved
one who is in need of care or a place to stay
during the holidays, we glad ly offer Holiday
Care - to take one less stress off your hands.
• Hospice Care - These services are
offered once all treatment options have
been exhausted and a patient is placed in

hospice care to provide comfort and dign ity
in one's final days.
A patient is ready for hospice when they
have decided to pursue treatments meant
on ly to promote comfort, not cure the ill ness.
to relieve pain , nausea, shortness of breath ,
loss of appetite, muscle cramps, itching,
hiccups, and many more.
• Day Care - Are you tied to your job and
running out of options for care of your loved
one during the day, we offer Day Care to
those in need, which inc lude meals.
Rental Includes:
• 24-hour assisted care
• Registered nurses
• 3 meals x 2 tea times
• Armed Response and CCTV Cameras
• DStv
• Assisted living (nurses and facil ities)
• Laundry
• Monitoring of medication
• Visitations
• A personal touch and a sense of "being
at home"
